Which Central Florida areas does Diana cover?
Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Winter Springs, Oviedo and Sanford around her Lake Mary base; Apopka and Mount Dora to the northwest; Waterford Lakes and Lake Nona in east and southeast Orlando; Winter Garden and Clermont to the west; and Davenport and St. Cloud to the south.
Which areas suit a rental investment?
It depends on the kind of rental. Long-term demand tends to follow employers, hospitals and the university, which points to places like Altamonte Springs, Sanford, Waterford Lakes and Lake Nona. Short-term rentals are only allowed in certain zoned areas, mostly around Davenport and parts of Osceola County, and every HOA has its own rules. Confirm the rules for a specific address before you offer.
Do I need to know my target city before I call?
No. Most conversations start with a goal, a budget and a commute or a rental strategy, and the shortlist of cities comes out of that.
Not Sure Where to Start?
Tell Diana what you are trying to do, as an investor or as a family moving here, and she will narrow the map.
